We map your data sources (ERP, CRM, Excel, databases, API) and identify key indicators for your business. This phase defines relevant metrics and associated calculation rules. It usually takes place during a project scoping round to lock the perimeter before coding starts.
We design clear and intuitive interfaces. Each chart, gauge, table is designed to answer a specific business question. Users access the information they need without cognitive overload. An upfront prototyping round lets us test the layout with a few target users before committing to development.
Your data is synchronized automatically, in real-time or batch according to your needs. Alerts trigger when a threshold is crossed. You're informed before problems occur. The connectors rely on standardised APIs so they stay maintainable when your source tools evolve.
A first dashboard plugged into 2 or 3 simple sources starts around €12k–€20k. A multi-user custom reporting platform with alerts, exports and fine-grained permissions sits between €35k and €80k.
